• June-July: Analysis of feedback and design refinement
• September: Publication of consultation report
• November: Outline planning application submitted

2027

• Q1: Planning determination expected
• Q2: Detailed design phase begins
• Q4: Phase 1 construction starts (Market Square & High Street north)

2028-2030

• Phased delivery of remaining character areas
• Ongoing community engagement throughout construction
